The course

This is a great opportunity to develop your off-road biking skills while meeting the DofE Physical Section requirements for the Bronze and Silver Awards.

We have a selection of off-road bikes and equipment available for you to use, though you're welcome to bring your own bike if you prefer. Each session will last approximately 2.5 hours and will involve working on routes and cycling.

If you're not currently enrolled with DofE but are aged 23 or under, you're still welcome to join the training to participate in this enjoyable and challenging activity.

If you book a morning course the timings are 9.30am to 12.00pm and if an afternoon session is booked this runs from 1:00pm until 3:30pm.

Please note - this course needs a minimum of 8 to run.  We will be in touch 2 weeks before the start date to let you know if we don't have enough participants for the course to run.
