Accessibility Statement

Accessibility statement for the SOLD booking portal
This accessibility statement applies to sold.cinolla.com, the online booking service for High Ashurst, Henley Fort, Thames Young Mariners and offsite bookings. A separate statement covers www.surreyoutdoorlearning.uk.
This website is run by Surrey County Council. The booking platform is provided by Cinolla on the council’s behalf. We are committed to providing an accessible website that is easy to use by anyone, whatever their age, background, access device or level of ability/disability.
For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader such as the most recent versions of Job Access With Speech (JAWS), NonVisual Desktop Access (NVDA) and VoiceOver
We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.

How we tested this website
This website was last tested on 2 September 2026. The test was carried out by Cinolla, the supplier of the booking platform.
Testing was manual rather than automated. It covered the centre selection page, a centre’s bookings home page, a category page, a course page with its booking calendar, the What’s On calendar, the booking basket, and the checkout and account areas. It used keyboard operation, inspection of the underlying page code and of the information passed to screen reader software, and a check of the contrast of every piece of text against its background.
