TAZ Paddlesport Beginner (4 Days) 8-13 year olds

Our 4 day Paddlesports Beginner course takes place at Thames Young Mariners, Ham, TW10 7RX, a great place to learn to paddle due to its calm and sheltered waters. This course will get your child onto the water, feeling confident using open canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards. They will develop decision making and practical skills for a fun and safe time on the water. Your child will be given a TAZ Paddlesport Logbook to track their progress following a simple syllabus based around the guidelines given by British Canoeing.

How to book

This is a live booking system. To book this course, click ‘select date’ and on the calendar click on the green date that you are interested in, a box will appear which will show live availability and cost.

Please note we can only accept bookings that are for your own child/children. Friends should be booked separately by their parent/guardian.

Important Information

  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Drop off is at 9.30am and pick up is at 4.15pm
  • We do not have a waiting list
  • Childcare vouchers are valid for bookings made up to 14 days before the course date and are non-refundable
