Childcare Vouchers
Paying by Childcare Voucher or Tax-Free Childcare
We accept childcare vouchers and Government Tax-Free Childcare for The Adventure Zone (TAZ) holiday activities at all our centres.
How to book using childcare vouchers or Government Tax-Free Childcare payments
1. Register Thames Young Mariners with your childcare voucher provider (provider details below)
2. Book your TAZ holiday activity online at least 14 days before the activity date
3. Add your chosen activity or activities to your basket and select "Checkout". Complete the requested booker and guest details.
4. On the payment page, select "Pay by Childcare Voucher". Enter either:
● Your Government Tax-Free Childcare reference number, or
● The name of your childcare voucher provider.
5. Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email from Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) which will include your SOLD booking reference number.
6. Within 24 hours of making your booking, contact your childcare voucher provider or Government Tax-Free Childcare account and arrange payment to SOLD. Include your SOLD booking reference with the payment.
7. Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 7 days of booking, your booking will be cancelled and the place will become available to other customers.
Important information
● If you have already paid by debit or credit card, we cannot transfer the payment to childcare vouchers or Government Tax-Free Childcare.
● We cannot refund payments made by childcare vouchers or Government Tax-Free Childcare.
● We cannot accept childcare voucher or Government Tax-Free Childcare payments for bookings made less than 14 days before the activity date.
● Ensure your childcare voucher or Government Tax-Free Childcare payment reaches us within 7 days of booking to avoid your booking being cancelled.
