Book your child on a ‘Step up to Secondary’ day to make starting secondary school exciting not intimidating for your child.

Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development (SOLD) have partnered up with your child’s new school to offer an exciting day of outdoor activities to get to know their new cohort of year 7’s.

You are booking 17 August 2026 at: Salesian School, Guildford Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 9LU.

SOLD staff will be on site all day to look after the group.

What to bring:

Packed lunch – no nuts please plus a water bottle to refill with water throughout the day

Please bring an old pair of trainers (no flip-flops, no Crocs, and no open-toe/back shoes)

Please wear weather appropriate clothing (warm jumper, long trousers, waterproof, sun hat)

Sun cream (if appropriate)

Cost: £45 per day

Timings: 9.30 am to 3.30pm

Childcare vouchers are accepted on bookings made at least 2 weeks in advance.
