CIEH Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering. Prerequisite:- A basic understanding and knowledge of food hygiene and ideally the Level 2 in Food Safety.
Course Overview:- This qualification has been developed to benefit anyone working in a supervisory position where food is prepared, cooked and served. It is relevant to all catering operations. This is a three day course and assessment is by multiple choice paper on completion. It is recommended that this qualification is refreshed every three years.
