Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development is working with the Surrey County Council Short Breaks Team.

Bookings Page for referred families.

IMPORTANT
Bookings will only be accepted with a valid invitation from the short breaks team.


Instructions: How to book your family activity session at High Ashurst

On availabilty

  • Select your chosen date from the calendar
  • You may need to scroll through to the correct month
  • Click on the green date
  • Click on 'date to book' (only once) - it will turn blue.
  • Click 1 slot to book, it will turn blue.
  • Add the total number of 'guests': people in your family coming for the day  - 0 + 1 Select + 2, 3, 4, etc adults as well as children.
    Scroll down and ADD TO BASKET
    On the next page
  • Now click Go to Checkout
    Complete Contact details ( this will be our main contact for your family)
  • Tick the two confirmation check boxes
  • Complete Guest 1 Details, this is the main adult family member.
  • Complete Guest 2 details, Guest 3 etc  and continue for all guests.
  • Follow directions on the page to complete the booking, a booking number will be displayed.
  • After a few moments you will receive a confirmation email with documents attached telling you about your booking.
